If you have a dispute about a paid Halveo plan, first write to contact@halveos.com. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter free of charge to Darmi Vault’s consumer mediator, no later than one year after your written complaint: Société Médiation Professionnelle, rue Marc Sangnier, 33130 Bègles, France, mediateur-consommation-smp.fr.
Privacy
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third-party services. Fonts are hosted on this site.
Like any web server, the hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the service secure. They are not used for anything else.
Messages you send to contact@halveos.com are used only to reply to you and to provide the services you ask for. They are never sold or shared. You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by writing to that address. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Halveo OS itself sends no usage data to Halveo.
Open source licences
Halveo OS is made of free and open source software, mainly from the Debian and KDE projects. Each program keeps its own licence (GNU GPL, LGPL, MPL, Apache and others), whose text is included in the system, in the /usr/share/doc folder.
The source code of this software is available at sources.debian.org. The source code of Halveo’s own components, and of any software shipped with Halveo OS, is provided on request at contact@halveos.com, for at least three years after each release.
